Radiant floor heating – what to do specifically before pouring concrete slab in basement?
What must be done right before pouring the concrete? Is it just about placing the pipes and tying them? What about the pressure test kit… Is it necessary and how do I set it up?
Main things are making sure the pipes are places exaclty where they need to be, and also make sure they are tied down very good. You also may want to make sure you leave plenty of extra tube on the ends, its much easier to cut off a little extra rather than trying to splice it down by the floor.
I would say yes, put a pressure test on it.
Good Luck
