Gas Pool Heater Problem.. Please Help!?
Our pool heater recently hasn’t worked properly and is constantly turning on then off every 3 mins or so. The thermostat is turned to full and the pool temp is only 78df. I would like to know if there is anything I can do to fix it without calling the repair man. Thanks.(specificly a pool heater person would be helpful
On and off is typical of a flow switch problem. This would indicate a pump problem. Water is not flowing through the heater at a consistent rate.
