extreme industrial cooling system on machine parts?

does anyone know any industrial cooling system that can cool heated machining parts very fast?

How big are your parts?

One plant where I did some engineering work had a problem with low yields and short tool life when doing precision machining of ceramics. Our solution was to cool the coolant using several chillers similar to the ones used in drinking fountains in parallel. Make sure that your coolant is compatable with the tubing material in the heat exchanger.
