how big of a btu gas boiler do i need?

i need help sizing the correct gas boiler. i plan to have a 40 gallon indirect water heater, and a hydronic air handler. my home is 1,308 sqare foot. i wil have about 1000 gallons of heat storage as well. im thinking around 100,000 btus

Either go through the hassle of a manual J calculation, or call the sales dept of a boiler manufacturer for advice. Your local climate will be a factor.
