I am trying to size a system for my shop. 2900 sq.ft. with 16ft walls. 3 overhead doors and 3 windows. Thanks to everyone for helping.

need to have a program for that or do the old fashion manual J way with a calculator. Sounds like you will be putting it in the slab. Roughly use 3/4 inch tubing and put it 12 inches on center. That should be pretty close for a rough idea. Boiler would roughly be 150,000 BTU. And depending on system type as far as injection or mixing valve and how many zones and manifolds, that will affect the pump.

To size the system, you need to have a load calculation. That takes more information. After you have the heat load, then you can figure the loops, pumps, etc.
