PLEASE HELP?! Looking at properties and one mentioned it had a forced air heating system. What is that? ?
What are the pro’s and con’s of it vs central heat and air?
The furnace blows warm air into the rooms through ducts in the floor.
I don’t know what you mean by central heat.
