Rental property, air conditioning was repaired and WE got the bill??!?
I am currently renting a property in Adelaide. We had our ducted evaporative air con fixed because it died. When I reported it, a technician came
out and the real estate had to ok the amount with our land lord before going ahead with the repairs. Now we as the tenants have received a bill for $700, we don’t actually have to pay for it do we, as it was caused by something out of our control?!
Just give it to the landlord, the tech just billed it wrong.
