I am in the process of buying a new furnace and a/c condensor and I want to know what brand should I buy?

The condensor has to be a 3 ton unit at least 13 seer and the furnace has to be at least 90,000 btu.preferably 100,000.What brand has the longest life before maintenance(given annual upkeep & P.M.)

At this time Carrier is the easiest to service but any NAME brand unit is worthwhile just be sure that the company you hire to install has been in business for a while and will be there to service the unit after the sale. Like with any trade there are too many fly by nights.
