Are electric heating pads worse than liquid heating pads?
I am trying to remedy tight back and neck muscles. I had a chiropractor tell me to use only heating pads that had liquid in them so that the heat is “moist” and the heat from an electric pad is not moist and just “cooks” your muscles.. This strikes me as strange. Heat is heat, right? Whether it comes from an electric pad or a water-filled sac?
well, try the liquid heating pads, because by convention they are good than electric pads..! but technically both produce heat energy but mechanical energy is converted to heat by a liquid heatin pad and electric enrgy is converted to heat by electric pad.. thats it!!
